Billing Clerk, Accountant | Onsite | DH | $55-65K

Join an established organization seeking a Staff Accountant who can specialize in A/R & Billing processes to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, and operational accounting. This position will work closely with an experienced accounting team and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Support accounts receivable and billing activities
• Review billing information and supporting documentation for accuracy
• Research and resolve invoice and account discrepancies
• Assist with account reconciliations and other accounting activities
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve billing questions
• Provide support for payroll-related activities as needed
• Assist with month-end accounting responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting and billing processes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• 0–2 years of accounting, billing, AR, or related experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with Excel and learning new accounting systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Dependable and team-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in an onsite environment
