PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION

Operates equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIIONS

Operates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project: Blade Dozer Loader Scraper Forklift/Telehandler Crane Bobcat/Skid-steer Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts Roller Follows prescribed safety regulations Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning Observes equipment operation to detect machine malfunction Follows work plans and pre-task cards Other duties and responsibilities This position description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position. QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Equipment certifications as required A minimum of one year of related experience Must possess valid driver’s license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
