SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

Sous Chef

We are hiring immediately for full time SOUS CHEF positions. Location: Adobe - 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. More details upon interview. Requirement: Previous supervisory, culinary production oversight, and customer service experience is required. Must have strong knowledge of food safety/sanitation and quality control. Pay Range: $30.00 per hour to $34.00 per hour.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with front-of-house and management teams
• Training and Development of Kitchen Staff
• Menu execution and quality control
• Culinary production oversight
• Support operational efficiency and workflow
