Property Manager

Gatsby Real Estate is seeking a reliable and organized Property Management Assistant to support day-to-day operations across our Los Angeles portfolio. This role is a mix of in-office work at our Beverly Hills headquarters and occasional property visits. The position focuses on handling tenant communication, assisting with applications, coordinating move-ins, and keeping all tasks and records organized. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to stay on top of follow-ups and daily responsibilities without constant oversight. Gatsby Real Estate is the property management arm and sister company of Gatsby Investment, a real estate development and investment company based in Beverly Hills. Gatsby Real Estate manages a portfolio of 350+ residential units across Los Angeles, including traditional multifamily and shared living properties for roommates and families. We work closely with the development team and consistently bring new units to market, leasing approximately 10+ units per month. Key Responsibilities Coordinate move-in appointments after funds are received Assist tenants with portal access, payments, and general questions Follow up with applicants to collect missing documents and verifications Help process applications and support leasing tasks Keep all notes, tasks, and updates organized in internal systems Track outstanding items and follow up until completed Visit properties as needed to support operations Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently Comfortable using online systems, email, and property management tools Fluent in English (required) Spanish speaking is a plus Work with a growing real estate platform with an active development pipeline Gain hands-on experience in property management and leasing Training provided for the right candidate Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility within the company This is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) based out of our Beverly Hills office, with occasional travel to properties throughout Los Angeles.
