Family Law Paralegal

We're looking for an organized, proactive Family Law Paralegal who enjoys managing cases, supporting attorneys, and providing excellent client service. What You’ll Do: As a Family Law Paralegal, you'll play an essential role in helping our attorneys provide outstanding representation. Draft pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, discovery, subpoenas, notices, and other legal documents. Manage case files from intake through resolution. Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filings. Prepare attorneys for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial. Coordinate calendars, hearings, mediations, and client meetings. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Organize and review discovery responses and exhibits. Maintain accurate case notes and electronic files. Help ensure every client receives responsive, compassionate service throughout their case. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has prior litigation experience (family law experience strongly preferred). Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Can manage multiple active cases while meeting deadlines. Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues. Is proactive and enjoys solving problems before they become issues. Works well independently while also being a collaborative team member. Is comfortable learning new technology and case management systems. Takes ownership of their work and strives for excellence. Qualifications Preferred Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) or paralegal certificate Family law experience Experience with Florida e-filing procedures Experience with Microsoft Office and legal case management software Required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Insurance: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision options.
