- Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters .
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives .
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on estate planning laws and regulations.
- Manage case files, maintain client records, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
- Assist with estate and trust funding, including asset transfers and beneficiary designations .
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning, probate, and trust administration .
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management .
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills .
- Excellent communication and client service skills .
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with estate planning software and legal research tools .
