Job Description Prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Support attorneys throughout the estate planning process from client intake through document execution. Communicate with clients to gather information, answer questions, and coordinate appointments. Organize and maintain client files while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and document workflows. Coordinate document signings and ensure completed files are properly maintained. Assist with general administrative and paralegal responsibilities to support the estate planning practice. Qualifications 1+ year of estate planning law experience. Estate Planning Legal Assistant experience is welcome. Experience preparing estate planning documents. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-focused environment.
