Staff Accountant

LHH is assisting a client in Charlotte, NC with their need for a direct hire Staff Accountant . This is a hybrid position offering excellent opportunity for growth and a great company culture! Bachelors degree required. Please read on for more details. Responsibilities : Oversee daily AP & AR transactions. Perform reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or customers to address inquiries and issues related to billing and payments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Accounting required Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel Ability to work onsite fully during training, followed by more hybrid flexibility. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
