Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Richland, Washington. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency department environment, providing critical care and patient management. The role requires recent ER experience, a strong background in catheter exchanges, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic clinical setting.

Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license; minimum 1 year of experience in emergency room settings; recent outpatient clinic experience with catheter exchanges; certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS); experience with EPIC charting system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Urology background; outpatient clinic experience; recent experience with catheters; familiarity with EPIC system preferred.
• Float: Float rotation not required.
• Additional Information: The position involves responsibilities such as urinary catheter management, BCG mixing and administration, and handling complex urological procedures. Candidates must be experienced in catheter exchanges within the last six months and prepared to train for telephone triage if contract is extended. Units see approximately 8 patient visits daily in a setting with two patient rooms and a daily census of 16 patients.
