Broadcast Operations Specialist

Supporting a variety of Sports, Talk, Music, and Entertainment programs, the full-time Broadcast Operations Specialist will manage studio equipment operations, ensure broadcast quality, and provide real-time assistance for live and pre-recorded content in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Support all programming from planning to completion, providing real-time assistance and guidance Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Remote Studio Producers equipment and workflows, including setup and troubleshooting Coordinate with external locations and collaborate with the Remote Operations team to ensure successful remote broadcasts Required qualifications 2-3 years of relevant experience in podcast operations, digital media, or broadcast operations Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred At least 1 year of experience running an audio console Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and the ability to multitask Familiarity with broadcast operation software and digital audio editing software
