Customer Experience Specialist

• Provide focused registration expertise and manage registration data deliverables for Travel & Events programs • Manage program efficiencies, client billing reports, vendor and buy-in program data, and activity expense collection • Own registration database integrity throughout each program lifecycle, including Cvent activity or buy-in charges • Manage and communicate data management budgets versus actual hours and recommend resolutions • Collaborate with departments on registration qualification, database setup, and technology support • Review and test websites and provide feedback • Serve as the central Travel & Events registration contact throughout program lifecycles • Manage hotel room blocks, rooming lists, attrition, penalties, activity counts, and special requests • Respond to attendee calls and emails within specified SLAs • Maintain standard and custom client reporting requirements • Participate in program briefings, debriefs, and Travel Director briefings • Provide data management support during program operations, including travel onsite when applicable • Collaborate with Travel Directors and onsite teams on participant changes • Prepare final program reporting for clients and billing • Support mobile apps and Customer Xperience • Help develop consistent processes and identify and communicate best practices • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Focused registration expertise Experience managing registration data deliverables Ability to manage program efficiencies and client billing reports Cvent knowledge and ability to provide Cvent training Ability to manage registration databases throughout program lifecycles Ability to manage budgets, actual hours, and financial reporting Ability to collaborate on registration qualification, database setup, and technology support Ability to review and test websites Ability to manage hotel room blocks, rooming lists, attrition, penalties, activity counts, and special requests Ability to respond to attendee phone calls and emails within specific SLAs Ability to maintain standard and custom client reports Ability to provide data management support during program operations, including onsite travel when applicable Ability to support mobile apps and Customer Xperience Core Competencies Demonstrates focused registration expertise and proficiency in managing registration data deliverables, including Cvent database management and financial reporting.
