Litigation Associate
250,000 - 350,000
The Litigation Associate will assist in handling a variety of commercial disputes, including contract, business torts, and real estate cases. The role involves legal research, drafting documents, client communication, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Represent businesses in complex commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership, and M&A-related matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
- Manage discovery, including document review, written discovery, and deposition preparation.
- Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Develop case strategy and work closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and senior attorneys to resolve disputes effectively.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
- Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania.
