Litigation Associate Attorney

Cherry Hill, NJ | Full-Time | Hybrid | $95,000-$200,000 Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Masis Professional Group is recruiting Litigation Associate Attorneys for an established defense litigation firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The firm is open to attorneys across experience levels and offers compensation commensurate with experience. This is an opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for litigation matters while working directly with clients and experienced attorneys. Insurance defense experience is valued, but the firm is also open to strong litigators from other backgrounds, including plaintiff-side personal injury and public-sector litigation. Responsibilities Handle litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and other litigation documents. Take and defend depositions. Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy. Appear in court for conferences, oral arguments, hearings, and other proceedings. Manage deadlines and priorities across an active caseload. Communicate directly with clients and assume substantive case responsibilities. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Admission to the New Jersey Bar, or pending admission after sitting for the New Jersey Bar. Strong written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively. Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Cherry Hill, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Preferred Qualifications Experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, or court appearances. Pennsylvania Bar admission.
