Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to inform personalized treatment plans focused on improving strength and functionality.
• Design and implement rehabilitation programs that address specific patient needs, monitor progress, and make modifications as necessary.
• Engage in clinical teaching by mentoring interns, residents, and fellow staff members, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
• Develop and present in-service training sessions at least once a year to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical research initiatives under the guidance of the clinical manager, exploring advancements in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients, ensuring comprehensive treatment and optimal recovery.

Qualifications
