Physical Therapist II

Job Overview Outpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist – Saint Luke’s Health System. Provide individualized care to patients following impairment, injury, or disease. Responsibilities Evaluate and screen clients post‑impairment, injury, or disease. Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional retraining, and modalities. Re‑evaluate clients to determine intervention effectiveness and contribute to discharge planning. Supervise treatment provided by students, technicians, and physical therapist assistants. Collaborate with interdisciplinary health‑care team and recommend client‑care interventions. Delegate and instruct supportive personnel in services to be provided. Serve as a clinical resource and coordinate the student program. Cover weekend rotations (approximately 2 weekend shifts per 8‑week period). Document patient progress and treatment plans per department and insurance requirements. Participate in quality initiatives and complete at least one department‑level project. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas. Valid Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field. Lymphedema certification required (must work Lymphedema 2 days per week and ortho/neuro 3 days per week). Work Schedule Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m. with mandatory weekend obligations. Mandated Mandate Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
