About us:
We are Dallas Maids. We have proudly served the Dallas–Fort Worth area since 2004. We are known for reliability, strong team culture, and consistent service. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our operations and help maintain high-quality standards as we grow. Position overview: This is a hybrid role supporting both office operations and field quality control. You will assist the Operations Manager by: - Managing customer communication- Supporting scheduling and daily workflow
- Conducting quality checks in homes
- Coaching cleaning teams and resolving issues This is a hands-on position with strong growth potential. Key responsibilities: Field quality control
- Perform in-home quality inspections
- Identify missed areas and correct issues when needed
- Support and coach cleaning technicians
- Assist with re-cleans and touch-ups
- Document quality checks with notes and photos Customer support
- Answer calls, texts, and emails
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Follow up on service quality and satisfaction
- Maintain a positive company image Operations support
- Assist with scheduling and dispatching
- Confirm appointments and communicate with teams
- Support daily workflow and job notes
- Assist with onboarding and training new hires Qualifications: - Residential cleaning experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with high standards
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Computer & Technical Skills
- Comfortable using scheduling/CRM systems (Launch27 or similar)
- Proficient with email communication
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, messaging, and navigation
