Ability to:Identify trends through shopping the competition and other trend resourcesUtilize all J&M training tools to maximize resultsReport HR issues to manager or supervisor immediatelyEssential FunctionAchieve personal sales goals by building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction.Flexibility to move from one customer to the next and/or one task to another while delivering superior service and quality work.Strong communication skills, the ability to read, write and interpret essential business documents and communications.Physical Demands, this position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders in a safe manner.
