E-Commerce Customer Service Representative

LHH is partnering with a furniture client in Greensboro searching for a CSR to join their current team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, direct hire paying $50-60k, and offers full benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401k). Prior furniture industry experience required to be eligible for this role! Responsibilities: Manage order process for E-commerce client accounts from start to finish Provide updates regarding inventory availability, estimated delivery date, etc. Manage website/client portals and update product changes and/or pricing Provide detailed description, photos, and color/fabric options of available products Assist clients with placing orders Issue replacement parts or refunds as needed Qualifications: Must have prior furniture industry experience to be eligible for this role!
