Position Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents for a remote 1099 contract opportunity. As an independent agent, you'll consult with clients to assess their coverage needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and deliver best-in-class service.

This role is ideal for independent, entrepreneurial agents who want the flexibility of self-employment paired with the support of an award-winning organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based insurance consultations with clients
• Present and recommend Health, Life, Medicare, or Annuity products
• Manage and nurture client relationships
• Provide responsive, ongoing customer service
• Utilize our Omnichannel platform to enhance workflow and visibility
• Collaborate with internal support teams as needed
• Maintain all required licensing and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Active licenses to sell Life and Health Insurance in relevant states
• Experience in insurance sales or brokerage
• Strong understanding of insurance and basic finance principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote environment
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, or Omnichannel platforms
• Experience with Medicare or annuity products is a plus
