Schedule: Full-Time | Primarily Daytime Hours | Some Evenings & Weekends Required
Overtime: Available when needed and approved
Mileage: Reimbursed for travel between assigned locations during the workday

About the Position:

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of approximately 2–3 laundromat locations throughout the Columbus area.

This is an active, hands-on management role for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, maintaining high standards, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and traveling between assigned locations throughout the workday.

The Multi-Site Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting employees, maintaining clean and well-functioning laundromat locations, coordinating schedules, monitoring supplies, addressing customer concerns, and helping ensure each location operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of approximately 2–3 assigned laundromat locations.
• Manage, train, coach, and support hourly employees.
• Create and maintain employee schedules
• Handle employee call-offs and assist with finding appropriate coverage.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and adherence to company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe, and well-functioning locations.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and communicate ordering needs.
• Address routine customer questions, concerns, and service issues.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate solutions for routine equipment and operational issues.
• Travel regularly between assigned locations to provide support and oversight.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve daily operations and customer service.
• Step in and assist with basic laundromat attendant duties when additional coverage is needed.
• Work independently while maintaining regular communication with company leadership.
• Support staffing needs, management changes, and other operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience managing and leading hourly employees strongly preferred.
• Multi-site management experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, convenience store, laundry, or similar fast-paced environments is highly transferable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize schedules and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel between multiple assigned locations throughout the workday.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Dependable, motivated, professional, and hands-on.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.
• Must be willing to assist with location coverage when necessary.
