Administrative Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and advertising plans targeting patients and healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with management to support and execute marketing initiatives and communications activities
- Establish timelines and budgets; monitor projects for on-time, on-budget delivery within compliance requirements
- Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and field marketing to execute programs and validate strategies
- Train sales organization on corporate and regional marketing initiatives and measure ROI metrics
Requirements
- Experience managing marketing programs and initiatives in healthcare or medical device industry
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets
- Strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customer organizations
- Project management and organizational skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Market research and competitive analysis experience
- Communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
Compensation: $83,300–$138,800 USD annual
