Administrative Specialist

TechOp Solutions International is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Analysts to support compliance, auditing, and investigative operations within a fast-paced government support environment. The ideal candidate will be efficient, motivated, and pride themselves on accurate and efficient work performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing documentation, conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting administrative and compliance-related activities. Duties and Qualifications Handle and review large quantities of documents and related information. Perform data entry and validation. Conduct database queries and research using government and commercial systems. Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and summaries of findings. Assist with compliance reviews and audit-related activities. Support the preparation of administrative documentation and case files. Coordinate with investigators, auditors, and management personnel. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity. Performs additional duties as assigned. Minimum of AS degree, BA/BS Preferred. 2+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, administrative support, data analysis, or related fields. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze information and prepare detailed written reports. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must meet security eligibility requirements.
