The business driver is to secure an advanced Epic Clinical Ancillary professional (Equivalent Grade 9) to support the H&PS group for Willow Home Infusion application managed services.
Deliverables include managing daily EHR support, executing complex infusion medication/billing builds, and ensuring seamless continuum-of-care integration.
Screening must focus on validating active, current Epic certifications and specific ambulatory pharmacy workflow experience.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epic Willow Home Infusion Analyst to join our Healthcare IT team. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) and technical lead for home infusion pharmacy workflows within the Epic EHR platform, supporting the full continuum of care from hospital discharge through outpatient and home-based infusion therapy. The successful candidate will bring 4+ years of healthcare IT experience and will be responsible for the day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Home Infusion module. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate is a certified Epic analyst with a strong background in healthcare IT and clinical pharmacy operations. They possess excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills alongside the ability to translate complex clinical workflows into technical Epic configurations. This person must be a highly collaborative team player comfortable working across multi-site environments and leading both onshore and offshore coordination.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Willow Home Infusion workflows, configurations, error queues, and interface issues.
- Manage and prioritize daily support and maintenance activities to ensure timely incident and service request resolution per defined SLAs.
- Build, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot home infusion pharmacy modules, medication builds, and complex billing rules specific to payor contracts.
- Support integration of Home Infusion workflows with ambulatory and inpatient Epic systems, including label and printer configurations.
- Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders, pharmacists, home infusion nurses, the Epic vendor, and technical/offshore support teams.
- Maintain thorough system documentation including workflows, build specifications, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance artifacts (HIPAA).
- Additional Epic Certifications (Inpatient, Home Infusion, or Bugsy)
- Offshore Team Coordination Experience
- Healthcare IT Consulting or Large Health System Background
- Infusion therapy workflows knowledge (IV medications, biologics, specialty drugs)
