MEDICAL ASSISTANT

(Chinese or Spanish Speaking Preferred but Not Required)

Location: Manhattan

3 Days – Grand St. Location

2 Days – 99th St. Location

(Orientation in the Bronx)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time Day Shift

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support a busy Diagnostic Treatment Center (DTC) clinical team in Manhattan. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong hands-on clinical skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and finger stick blood collection

• Draw, cap, label, and prepare blood specimens accurately

• Perform EKGs

• Assist clinical staff with patient flow and basic clinical support duties

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection control procedures

• Ensure proper handling and transport of specimens

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant required

• Strong venipuncture and specimen collection experience required

• Experience performing EKGs required

• Excellent patient care and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting

• Bilingual Chinese or Spanish speaking preferred but not required
