Business Analyst 3

Job Title : Business Analyst 3 Duration: 3+ Months Rate: OPEN- Keep it competitive ($60/hr on W2 or $70/hr on 1099 or C2C)- Max Location: Austin, TX 78751 (Hybrid – local candidates to Austin area) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding State holidays) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with IT developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application functionality and enhancements Develop and maintain user guides, how to documents, and other application related documentation Create and maintain visual aids, including screenshots and step by step visuals, to support written instructions Update documentation and visual materials to reflect new features, enhancements, or system changes developed by IT staff Organize and present technical information in a clear, concise, and accessible manner for non-technical users Ensure all documentation and visual content is accurate, current, and aligned with application functionality Participate in meetings, demos, or walkthroughs to gather information on system changes and updates Assist in updates and development of training materials Minimum Requirements 8+ years of experience, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performing a variety of complicated tasks independently At least 5 years serving as a liaison between the Business community and Customer IT Teams (Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.) Strong experience as a Data Analyst in analyzing raw data, and as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering Familiar with business process reengineering, industry-standard business process mapping, and identifying new applications of technology to business problems Experience preparing solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Experience in software development lifecycle methodologies and testing (unit, system, user acceptance) Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills with both IT and business professionals and clients Experience creating user-focused technical or instructional documentation and developing visual aids to support user documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr Amtex Enterprises Inc
