FIRST FINANCIAL CENTER CINCINNATI OHIO The Director of Banquets is responsible for leading all aspects of banquet operations at the Duke Energy Convention Center. This position ensures the successful planning, execution, and service of all catered events, with a focus on excellence in guest experience, team leadership, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of banquet functions, ensuring events are executed flawlessly. Lead and manage banquet managers, captains, and service teams; foster a positive, high-performance culture. Collaborate with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure event plans are executed according to client expectations.
