Deliver individualized speech therapy interventions focusing on language, speech, fluency, voice, and swallowing enhancement.

Work in concert with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to design unified care approaches.

Provide educational resources to patients and families to facilitate improvements beyond clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain meticulous and timely documentation adhering to all state, federal, and organizational standards.

Remain abreast of the latest developments in the field through continuous education and peer collaboration.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies for various age groups, grounded in a solid understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to modify therapy strategies to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
