Piedmont Hills Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services to our residents. Position Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders while working closely with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional rehabilitative services.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy services.

• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, and families.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings as scheduled.

• Educate residents and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.

• Promote positive clinical outcomes and resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

• CCC-SLP preferred but not required.

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
