What you will do Act as the key analyst for CSC operations. Lead the integration of platform data into consolidated views and storylines; facilitate communication across the CSC. Deliver root cause analysis and investigate drivers of KPI performance. Champion and manage CSC reporting from operational/workforce management and performance perspectives. Provide insights and facilitate strategic discussions; regularly partner with the CSC finance business partner to provide recommendations. Prepare regular CSC reporting, dashboards, and insights. Regular use of Looker, Amplitude, and Zendesk. Identify areas to improve CSC analytics and adjust processes as the business scales using innovative solutions. Undertake and support ad-hoc strategic projects and analyses to support leadership decision-making and organizational priorities. What you need to have 5+ years of analytics experience with a background in financial services, insurance, or technology companies; strong contact center health/optimization expertise. Experience applying new technologies (such as AI) to streamline processes, gain insights, and drive transformation. Ability to connect analytics to priorities and business outcomes; ability to influence decisions; experience presenting trends to stakeholders or C-suite leaders. Ability to map visionary future work to current state to generate realistic operational roadmaps.
