Medical Malpractice/Insurance Defense Paralegal Opportunity - Altamonte Springs, FL - ONSITE! Our client, a leading defense firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Altamonte, FL office. This role offers exposure to Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Defense matters , with opportunities to be apart of depositions, drafting motions, manage discovery, and handle cases from inception through resolution. Compensation: $74,000-$84,000 DOE + Summer and Winter bonus Billable Hours Requirement: 150/month 401(k) with 3% safe harbor match Generous PTO accrual Life and disability insurance coverage 100% in office, Flexible Work Schedule (start earlier and leave earlier, or vice versa) MUST have Medical Malpractice Defense or Personal Injury Defense litigation experience 3-4+ years of Medical Malpractice Defense/Insurance Defense (or both) strongly preferred Request medical records, medical chronologies Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and carrier suit reports Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, experts, and opposing counsel Experience with carrier billing guidelines and reporting requirements required #J-18808-Ljbffr
