Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office management, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. A current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification is strongly preferred.

Shift Information:

• Standard schedule is Monday through Friday w/ flexibility
• 7:00am to 4:00pm (1 hour break included)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
• Support office management tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with any additional clerical duties as needed.

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
