Work Timing: We operate on a weekly rotating basis that includes weekend work, with double-time pay incentives for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays. Core Duties Configure and run various production equipment. Modify equipment parameters and swap out tooling to ensure optimal production flow. Feed raw materials into the system while overseeing ongoing machine performance. Verify the quality of completed goods to ensure they meet our standards. Resolve mechanical malfunctions by performing necessary technical adjustments. Carry out routine sanitation and upkeep of machinery to keep the floor running smoothly. Adhere to established operational protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for all staff. Candidate Qualifications Prior background in the setup and management of industrial machinery. Strong aptitude for mechanical tasks and technical problem-solving. Proficiency in utilizing precision measurement instruments. High level of focus and meticulous attention to detail.
