Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, ensuring close collaboration with your colleagues and direct access to patients in a welcoming and supportive clinic environment. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your role will be multi-faceted, involving:

• Conducting thorough evaluations for each patient, utilizing evidence-based assessments to determine their physical health, rehabilitation needs, and functional capabilities.
• Designing personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function through structured therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Implementing hands-on manual therapy techniques, functional exercises, and other advanced interventions based on the latest clinical research.
• Providing education to patients regarding best practices for injury prevention, self-care strategies, and techniques for maintaining mobility and independence as they progress in their rehabilitation journey.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic surgeons and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients are primarily individuals requiring outpatient orthopedic care, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals rehabilitating post-surgery, and those facing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
