Recruiter (Life Sciences)

Candidates must be local to the DC/MD/VA area. Position Summary Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a life sciences organization. This role will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and serving as a trusted talent advisor. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Build and maintain talent pipelines for scientific, clinical, regulatory, quality, and corporate roles. Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive candidates. Evaluate candidates against technical requirements, competencies, and culture fit. Partner closely with hiring managers to provide recruiting guidance and market insights. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and employment regulations. Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the ATS. Qualifications Proven success recruiting within the life sciences industry, including pharma, biotech, CRO, clinical research, or related sectors. Experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting as a corporate recruiter. Strong direct sourcing and passive candidate recruiting experience. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Experience recruiting scientific, clinical, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and other specialized life sciences talent. Strong knowledge of life sciences hiring trends and talent markets.
