The Full-cycle Billing Clerk plays a critical role within a large team environment, responsible for managing billing processes across multiple clients or departments. Reporting directly to the Controller, this position ensures accurate invoice processing, payment posting, and account reconciliation with a strong emphasis on detail and efficiency. This role requires proficiency in data entry and record maintenance to support seamless financial operations without any travel obligations.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely for multiple clients or departments
• Post payments and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Perform data entry duties to support billing and collections
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to billing activities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing or accounts receivable
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes
