Sales Manager

Powers Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Sales Manager in Mentor, OH! The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team that consistently achieves company revenue goals. This role owns sales team performance, accountability, forecasting, recruiting, training, and continuous improvement of the sales process. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage all sales personnel by establishing clear performance standards, conducting weekly one-on-one and team meetings, and maintaining a positive, competitive sales environment Develop and maintain an active recruiting pipeline to ensure that the sales team remains appropriately staffed to achieve company goals Facilitate onboarding for all new sales personnel and train team members on products, services, systems, and sales processes Monitor and report on KPIs and coach sales team members accordingly Develop and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts Ensure CRM accuracy and complianceEvaluate sales performance trends and increase close rates and customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and production flow Support company growth initiatives and strategic objective Candidates MUST possess the following Proven sales leadership experience Strong coaching and training abilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience managing KPIs and accountability systems CRM proficiency Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals The Ideal Candidate will also have Home improvement, roofing, restoration, or construction industry experience Experience building and scaling sales teams Experience implementing sales systems and processes Demonstrated success leading revenue growth initiatives Why Powers Roofing & Exteriors?
