Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Cary, NC

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

Administrative Assistant to support the Payroll team with investigating payroll variances/errors, coordinating with tax jurisdictions for account registrations, creating POAs, performing company-level updates in Workday, and using ADP Smart Compliance to track open items and research errors.

Required Skills

  • Associate's degree preferred; 5 years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • 1+ year of Workday experience
  • Strong Excel skills — Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
