RN Territory Clinical Manager, Home Health

Overview Job Title: Territory Clinical Manager (RN) | Company: Wheeler Staffing Partners | Employment Type: Direct Hire | Location: Newport Beach, CA | Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Territory Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and oversee clinical operations within a designated home health territory. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising clinical staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in home health, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to manage clinical teams in a fast-paced, field-based environment. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight for home health services within the assigned territory Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff including RNs and field clinicians Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Manage scheduling, staffing, and productivity within the territory Conduct field visits and maintain visibility across service areas Ensure proper documentation, chart audits, and adherence to compliance requirements Support onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (required) Minimum 1 year of home health experience (required) Minimum 1 year of supervisory, management, or lead experience (required) 3–5 years of RN experience in home health, community, or clinical settings Experience managing clinical services and staff in a home-based care environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory Certifications & Requirements Current RN licensure in California Valid CPR certification (must be maintained) Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation Ability to commute within the assigned territory Compensation & Benefits We are committed to offering comprehensive benefits and rewards to full-time employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Professional development opportunities 401(k) with company match Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) Company store credit for branded scrubs (for patient-facing employees) #J-18808-Ljbffr Wheeler Staffing Partners
