Start Date: ASAP or as negotiated

End Date/Duration: Permanent

Shift: Full-time, standard hospital hours (schedule varies for call coverage)

Hours/week: 40

Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

Licenses/Certifications: Valid MI license, ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification required

Experience: No lapsed certifications; no new graduates

Compensation: Competitive salary (discussed at interview; package includes sign-on bonus)

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical and procedural cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
• Manage pre-anesthesia assessments and intraoperative patient monitoring
• Respond promptly to on-call needs within one hour, providing anesthesia and pain management
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC EMR
• Support staffing requirements as needed due to staffing shortages
• Maintain compliance with hospital credentialing and clinical standards

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Michigan RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certifications
• Previous experience in an inpatient hospital setting

Preferred:

• Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center
• Ability to respond to emergency cases efficiently
