Director of Operations

Job Description This role oversees several managers and supervisors, with a strong focus on regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance, support, and accountability with managers. The leader is highly involved in day-to-day operations, participating in various meetings and responding promptly to issues raised by managers, whether related to HR, operational challenges, or emergencies. Responsibilities include leading a weekly manager meeting by creating and driving engaging agendas, partnering closely with physicians and senior leaders, and addressing questions or concerns as they arise. The role requires constant multitasking in a fast-paced environment and includes recurring weekly meetings that alternate between hands-on working sessions—such as updating competencies or improving processes—and biweekly informational meetings. Strategic, system-level thinker who can also zoom in on individual practice needs. 5+ years of operations experience (director title not required; strong managers or individuals ready to step up are welcomed). Epic experience. Demonstrated people leadership and management skills. Working knowledge of basic financials, including P&Ls and denials management. Growth-oriented and forward-thinking, with interest in evolving into a larger leadership role. Experience working in physician-owned environments. Familiarity with MIPs+. #J-18808-Ljbffr
