About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for both transactional and strategic financial management, overseeing a range of functions including accounting, financial, information systems, risk management, and human resources. This role is pivotal in driving financial, technology, human capital, and strategic leadership across the business. The successful candidate will be the chief financial spokesperson for the organization, maintain relationships with various external partners, and provide leadership in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience in finance or accounting, with a strong background in strategic and operational decision-making. The role requires a proven track record in areas such as accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as experience in managing banking relationships, credit risk, and capital planning. The CFO will also be expected to contribute to business strategy, provide financial leadership on growth initiatives, and partner with HR and IT functions to support organizational goals. Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools is essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships across executive leadership and with external stakeholders.
