Controller

We're partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Controller to lead accounting, treasury, financial reporting, compliance, and finance operations across multiple entities. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys owning the accounting function, improving processes, and partnering with leadership in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations Manage treasury activities, cash flow, banking relationships, and payment approvals Prepare lender reporting and ensure compliance with financial covenants and requirements Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and vendor payment processes Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors Support process improvement, automation initiatives, and internal controls Lead and mentor accounting support staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience with multi-entity accounting and financial reporting Strong treasury and cash management experience Advanced QuickBooks and Excel skills Real estate, property management, or closely held business experience preferred Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
