Regional Controller

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a leading company in the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced Regional Controller to join our growing team. As an individual contributor, the Regional Controller is a key member of the accounting and operations teams, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting function for a specific region. This role reports to the Controller. Primary Responsibilities: Ensure financial accuracy and completeness for the region. Conduct various analyses and assist in budgeting. Collaborate with different departments. Provide timely and accurate reports. Analyze financial results and offer insights. Support stakeholders with ad hoc requests. Calculate and record bonuses. Review and approve invoices. Analyze billing reports and explain changes. Respond to inquiries from clinics. Educate partners on financial matters. Support regional activities. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment, ideally within organizations with multiple entities. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ERP systems experience. Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Experience with multi-jurisdictional businesses, internal controls, and SOX compliance. Ability to navigate a high-growth, rapidly changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
