Locums Vascular Surgery Physician in Rockford, Illinois - Level 1 Trauma

Practice a true mix of clinic, inpatient consults, and vascular procedures while supporting a Level 1 trauma service. This flexible assignment offers 10 shifts per month with temporary privileges

available.

Practice & Cases

• Mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and hospital rounding
• Adult vascular surgery patient population
• Perform both open vascular and endovascular procedures
• APP support in clinic and for inpatient rounding

Schedule

• Monday through Friday clinic, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Approximately 10 shifts per month scheduled throughout the month
• Night call on select weekdays
• Some 24-hour weekend call with a 30-minute pager response time

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Active Illinois medical license required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Vascular Surgery
• ACLS, BLS, CSR, and DEA required

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
• Travel accommodations are covered for eligible assignments
