CHAIR of OSTEOPATHIC MANIPULATIVE MEDICINE Chicago, IL Position Highlights : Serve as Chair of OMM, Chicago's first new medical school in nearly a century Lead the vision, design, and continuous improvement of an integrated four-year OMM curriculum across every stage of UME. Join a collaborative leadership team committed to innovation, student success, and interdisciplinary education. Academic leadership position focused on administration, teaching, curriculum development, and faculty mentorship Work alongside visionary academic leaders committed to creating one of the nation's premier osteopathic medical schools. Represent IllinoisCOM nationally through AACOM, AOA, AOBNMM, and other professional organizations. Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary ranging from $275,00-375,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Annual performance bonus up to 3% Comprehensive Benefit Package Relocation Assistance Relocation Assistance, Relocation Stipend: CME support Qualifications : Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited College of Osteopathic Medicine Board Certification through the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (AOBNMM) or Certificate of Special Proficiency in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (C-SPOMM) Eligible for unrestricted medical license in the State of Illinois Experience developing innovative medical education curricula Minimum of three years teaching osteopathic principles and practice within UME or GME About the Community Located in the heart of downtown Chicago's thriving West Loop neighborhood Diverse, multicultural population International transportation hub Nationally recognized culinary scene Accessibility through two international airportsO'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport Chicago is home to nationally recognized public and private schools, prestigious universities, and internationally respected academic institutions Job Reference #: OMM 26843 The Medicus Firm
