About the Role
The Company is seeking a Division Head for Neuroradiology to lead its academic program within a premier pediatric health system. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across clinical care, research, and education. This includes overseeing clinical operations, faculty recruitment and development, research direction, and fellowship training, all while ensuring alignment with departmental and institutional priorities. The role also involves close partnership with administrative and clinical leaders to drive program growth, financial performance, access, and innovation, particularly in the expansion of advanced imaging capabilities and multidisciplinary collaboration. A key focus will be on strengthening partnerships with leading neuroscience service lines and integrating neuroradiology into complex care pathways and translational research efforts. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be an accomplished academic pediatric neuroradiologist with a strong background in clinical excellence, scholarly achievement, and progressive leadership within an academic medical center. Candidates must have an MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree, American Board of Radiology Certification, and fellowship training in neuroradiology or pediatric neuroradiology. The role requires a leader who can shape the future of pediatric neuroradiology, build on a strong clinical and academic foundation, and elevate the division's national presence. The Division Head will be at the forefront of a collaborative team that provides state-of-the-art imaging for pediatric neurologic conditions, with a focus on patient safety and diagnostic accuracy. The position is highly visible and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of pediatric medicine.
