REQUIREMENT:

The Human Resources Recruiter – Temporary supports full-cycle talent acquisition efforts and assists in optimizing recruitment processes. Under the direction of a supervisor, this role focuses on the efficient and effective movement of a high volume of positions through the hiring pipeline while maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. The Human Resources Recruiter – Temporary collaborates with internal stakeholders as directed to meet organizational recruitment goals. Key Responsibilities Execute all phases of the recruitment process as assigned, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with an emphasis on consistently advancing a high volume of requisitions. Implement strategies to attract top talent, including posting and optimizing job advertisements and supporting a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with external advertisers as needed to support the placement and management of job postings, ensuring positions are accurately represented across relevant platforms. Work with hiring managers as directed by the supervisor to understand recruitment needs and support alignment with organizational objectives. Use organizational technology tools to manage recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records, primarily including Workday and the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Forms, Lists, OneDrive, OneNote, and Planner).
