Recruiting Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of the hiring process — keeping candidates informed, interviews on schedule, and our hiring team organized every step of the way. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR/recruiting career who wants hands-on experience across the full recruiting cycle.What You'll DoSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars across multiple stakeholdersPost job openings across job boards, career sites, and social platformsScreen incoming resumes and applications for basic qualificationsServe as a point of contact for candidates, providing positive and professional experience from application through offerMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Coordinate logistics for interviews (in-person, phone, or video), including sending confirmations and remindersAssist with onboarding paperwork and new-hire coordinationSupport recruiters and hiring managers with reporting, tracking open requisitions, and identifying process bottlenecksHelp organize recruiting events such as career fairs, campus recruiting, or hiring eventsWhat We're Looking For0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or customer service (internships count!)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities at onceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable using or learning an ATS and standard office software (Outlook/Google Calendar, Excel/Sheets)A professional, friendly demeanor — you're often the candidate's first impression of the companyHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Nice to HaveFamiliarity with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter)Interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR or Talent Acquisition #J-18808-Ljbffr
