Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities The Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR Director and HR Manager in various human resources functions for both facility locations. Assisting with various stages of recruitment, applicant onboarding, employment processes, and maintenance of the HRIS personnel data system. Provide guidance to employees on Human Resources issues. Maintain personnel files to meet regulatory compliance. Handle multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintain confidentiality of personnel information. Perform duties in accordance with company mission, values, and behavioral standards. Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility) provides inpatient and residential treatment services for youth ages 5-17, as well as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults ages 18+. The treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. The multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 206-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, gym, outdoor courtyard and playground. Minimum of five years human resources experience in a healthcare setting, with emphasis in recruitment, strongly preferred. SPHR or PHR certification preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and computer proficiency required. Mental health experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age. Successfully complete a drug test. Successfully pass a national background check. Strong Computer skills. Excellent Communication skills. Strong Leadership skills.
