Work Locations & Areas We Serve

We connect caregivers with clients in their local communities and work to match assignments with their availability and preferred schedules. We value your time and aim to keep your commute to approximately 15–20 minutes whenever possible.

We are currently hiring Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for immediate openings in the following Central Los Angeles communities:

• Mid-Wilshire & Beverly Grove – ZIP Codes 90036, 90048

• Koreatown & Wilshire Center – ZIP Codes 90005, 90010, 90020

• Hancock Park & Larchmont Village – ZIP Code 90004

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide companionship and support with clients’ non-medical needs

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide medication reminders

• Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients, families, and coworkers

• Provide reliable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Registered California Home Care Aide (HCA), or willing to register

• Current TB clearance

• Successful completion of a background check
